Looking for a lawyer that can file a 501c-3 for us Pro-bono for Chaverim of Teaneck

We are looking to become a 501c-3 tax exempt organization.

We have helped do Child locked in car calls, Car Lockouts, House Lockouts, Out of Gasoline, Flat Tire, and more all at no charge at all hours for many people. 

Can anyone help?

If income is less than 50,000 for each of the first 3 years, it's not so hard, you can file a 1023EZ.
You will have to incorporate and officially have bylaws etc, but it's not so hard.
This website is a great resource if you decide to do it on your own.
