Do you mean to have some kind of interaction on that "business" ?

The phone number is a rabbi, and the email belongs to the airport, and handles the other religions as well.

Note: there are 2 Shuls, 1 in each Terminal, but Google won't have this, so I gave that part up.

If the email belongs to the airport, then asking annoying questions like this is enough to show them people are interested in it and know it is there. I wouldn't want to bother the Rabbi, of course, but it IS the airport that makes these decisions, right? So we should ask them things like "I'm coming through Europe with a party of 40. Will there be enough room to pray in the shul?" (That is, if it is true.)

I'm not sure where exactly the email arrives. (They most likely don't know the words minyan(im) etc

I do know that the person that needs impressing to ensure the longevity of the places, is a woman.

I also know that in less than a week there is a meeting concerning...

Hence the stress....

Well, I posted here 2 types of links.
The first one was a regular Google search link. That might pose a problem. (I saw no-one bothered without it to rate/review)
The second link was after I told Google that I "own" the place, and received a link to send to customers to rate the place, so I'd say it's legit. (Unless you were never in that country, nor searched for things there...)

Are there signs in the Shul asking people for reviews?

Perhaps a sign in a local Shul or store in Brussels asking the locals to contribute a review can be very effective...
