Last time I checked with them delivery was minimum$40 order .

Make your own. Easy enough, and all you guys with Soda Streams are certainly set up to do it. Just discharge the CO2 canister into a cloth bag and you'll have a bag full of dry ice. Watch out for frostbite!  ;D
