help i missed my spending limit by 2 days

i missed my spending limit on my citi business by 2 days ny advice how to go about getting the 50 k miles?

Your good points. Been with citi before? Pay on time?

Yep - did the same thing last July, but dealt directly with a supervisor, who acted as my advocate.  When stuff didn't post the following month, I was livid.  Turns out some items were credited at 1.2x points, which meant I didn't hit the $ limit, even a couple days late.  After charging 2 more Items, and a couple more calls to the sup.,  points finally posted 2 months later!

This is a battle you should win.
