is there any reason why I can't cancel a PNR before refunding the eticket? (service desk is closed for the holidays and I want to reissue a new ticket in new classes that became available under a new PNR, and don't want it to dupe)
that's my question, will cancelling the segments before refunding the eticket have any adverse effect on subsequently cancelling the eticket?
