10 days latter ive received on the same business name a 100k offer ,
how can I use it? can a business have 2? can I use the code for personal?

The names on the offers are the same? Not one offer in your name and an offer in a business which they think has the same name as your name?

Says under Amex Plat Biz in fine print that if you've had a BGR, you don't qualify for 40k bonus??? Has anybody gotten it still?

Chase Freedom is not a cash back card.
CapitalOne has a 2% cash back business card. IIRC, there's no fee.

Cash back no, the capital one 1.5 cash back is more, but freedom is points that can by transfered to miles and might be better.

Yes, but there are certain categories that other cards give more and if he wants he can buy gift cards there and get more CB.
