Chase points- what is best way to use?
« on: March 04, 2013, 09:42:29 AM »
Hi. I have  over 210,000 Chase UR points and trying to figure out the best way to use them. I can buy 2 tickets to Israel using them through Chase. The flights themselves are $1290 per ticket if I buy them myself online. That calculates to about 1.2 cents per point. If I book direct through Chase I get the travel miles and EQMs towards Elite status. What should I do to get the best value for these miles? Thanks.

You can fly to Israel for 80,000points a person in coach if you transfer them to United. Or 120,000 a person in Business.
And those tickets include a stopover if you want to check out a city on your way there.
Just an idea.

If you are flying to Israel I would definitly follow SKY121's advice. Transfer them to United and book 2 business class tickets. I personally love using my UA miles for Swiss Business awards to Tel Aviv.
