13 months ago we bought two kitchenaid dishwashers, (KUDS30IXSS 2)
They are awful, they spend a long four and a half hours being environmentally friendly and conserving water and electricity but they never clean my dishes.
I paid cash (for various reason'$), Now my warranty is up and its taking a leak on my floor.

They both dont clean good at all also there is no "rinse" cycle. - nothing like the good old one in my old apartment, 10 years old, didnt look pretty but sure did scrub everything clean fast.

The leak was due to a bad seal, fixed that back in Dec. Now the top rack is not getting clean at all, the top arms are not spinning at all only the bottom. I disassembled the arm things, there is no block that I can tell or see.
Can someone explain why this could be happening? Is there not enough water pressure to reach the top for some reason?

Can someone explain to me in this case if he did use for example an SPG Amex, what do you call up & say to Amex why after 13 months or in some cases years later that you want your money back for this item?? (I just don't understand how it works).

Now you never need an appliance repair guy again. Those sites are super helpful and also have great customer service if you need to order parts. They will price match any site and generally accept return for 365 days.

 I spent $200 on parts to repair my washer at the suggestion of an appliance repair guy. In the end Jake suggested a $5 fix that solved the problem. Took out all the replacements parts and sent them back for a full refund!
