If you've had an account with them for long than it's not a big deal. If it hasn't been long it might take a few phone calls.

As long as you've had your phone 6 mos, it's in good standing, and you've never done it on your account, shouldn't be an issue.

just had my iphone replaced by apple, original one was unlocked by sprint ... Think they will give me a hard time?

Nope. I had that exact situation. I told them it was a replacement. No issues.
