I just called to cancel. Phone call took 3 min and I was able to get a partial refund of $11  ;D

Hmmmmmm. Didn't think of that. Hope i dont miss out on mine since I'm at the same address as my wife.

Not sure whether it has to do with my email to AmazonGiftCard@dowjones.com

I emailed WSJ CS 2 days ago with a copy of the email saying I'd get the GC in 45 days. After some cat n mouse and mistaken CSRs I was told to email the above address which I did this morning and my GC just arrived.
