Here - I'll supply the template that works for every resume and you can just add the girl's name at the top:

Name: Shaina Maidel
Looking for a guy who is nice, friendly, and sweet. Someone who values Hashem and Torah and is always striving to better themselves. He should (choose one of the following) (1) work but also learn every day (2) learn full time. I'd like a guy who will sing Zemiros and say a Dvar Torah at the Shabbos table. He should want to help out around the house and be a mentsch.
