Broken gas pump

Just filled up my tank. Was looking around and when I looked down I see gas flowing out of my car. The tank was full but the pump didn't stop pumping. The ground was already wet so I have no idea how much gas I spilled but it was not just a few drops. I told the attendant but he claimed no one ever complained of such an issue.

Do you think the guy trying to scam a few $ extra per person? Has this ever happened to you?

What do you recommend I do? Ignore it? Call Amex? Call the gas company?

This happened to me at a Marathon station. The guy who owned the station didn't care. I called Marathon. They paid my gas bill, my dry cleaning bill, and sent me a gift card.

I'd call 311 and have them transfer you to the DEP or call direct DEP as it's very dangerous. Even if your the only one it happened too, a puddle of gas is not good.
