Band of Brothers was great, but you're the first person I've heard that enjoyed The Pacific. It got such bad reviews from people I knew that I didn't even bother watching.
Seen it a long time ago. It might not be on the level of BoB, but I thought it was great. Seems to be rated pretty well.
The problem with the Pacific is that it's always rated in comparison to Band of Brothers. I tried watching it after Band of Brothers and couldn't get through it.

I recommend Generation Kill, different era, but great series
If you don't care why would you comment?

I watched Kimi no na wa (English: Your Name) recently and enjoyed it, but I have no idea if anyone else here would.
Do you want to play a board game, digitally or in Lakewood NJ? PM me. (Can be asynchronous, i.e. take turns whenever)

Less recently, I saw John Carpenter's The Thing (for the first time) -  I'd recommend it to horror/thriller fans (who are, of course, well aware of it already).

A couple of days ago, I saw an ad for One Child Nation, a new documentary about China. Having seen
one of the director's previous works, He Is Another You, I'd recommend checking out anything she does.

One Child Nation is out on Amazon Prime, seems fascinating.

"It's A Mad, Mad, World"  Old situational humor.  When I was a kid we were literally rolling on the floor laughing.  When I saw it in recent years, I was very amused.

99.9 percent clean. There are 1 or 2 very very short scenes that aren't tznius

YouTube is going to be making a second "Life in a Day" movie, created from videos shot by people all over
the world on July 25, 2020. Perhaps y'all would like to film and submit some Motza'ei Shabbos footage?

Anyone watch "Remember"?
Only on DDF does 24/6 mean 24/5/half/half

Slow moving 1st half.
Parts of it were slow, but the part with Dean Norris was excellent. The reveal was a little slow as well, but still good

One Child Nation is out on Amazon Prime, seems fascinating.

It is way more than that and well worth watching... If you can stomach those kinds of stories.

It's hard not to draw parallels and differences with Jewish history, hearing so many people repeating that "they had no choice"...

Horrifying images warning.
