balance transfer

i would like to do a balance transfer on a card with no fees at all. cant do any chase cards cuz the balance is from a chase card..any suggestions?

A trick some use is to BT to a card with out a balance. Then ask for a credit refund check.

Never tried the trick with Disc. It has worked with Citi and BOA.

You need to follow the flow of the whole thread. You can get the Chase Slate and BT from a Citi card with no balance. You then request a credit refund check from Citi.
