Another point (besides for Moko's Eidus that here we don't have a real Raglayim L'davar) worth reiterating, is that the entire premise of the Nb"Y, that Raglayim L'davar is enough to believe the Akum is not Pashut. As he himself notes, the earlier poskim struggle to read the Sma"k. He also says that this is his initial thoughts without discussing it and Chas V'shalom Lismoch al zehafilu l'tziruf.

In addition, even if you do read the Sma"k like him, the Heter is based on the assumption that the case of the Smak has nothing more than a Raglayim L'davar. However, the Aruch Hashulchan says that it's a Milsa D'avida Lagluyay, because if it wasn't rinsed, it's overly salty and even we who are not Biki'im in Ta'am, it is such an obvious ta'am. If so, a Raglayim L'davar that is not avida Lagluyay, would not be suficient.

In my experience when hotels say they have separate dishes for Kosher, you can clearly see they are stored separately in boxes etc and it's obvious they aren't being used regularly along with the rest of hotels dishes. That should amount to רגלים לדבר. 

At most it is raglayim that it is not being used regularly-as you wrote. How does that allow you to use it lichatchila?

It would seem much more Lechtachila than for example relying on a Daas Yochid to be matir Cholov Akum etc

Here’s the menu for Al maha for pictures look at treats kosher website also there’s typo only 4 choices per meal not five

Just finished stay at Al maha really amazing resort (the heat was not bad at all especially in the pool) the chef met us at check in personally to ask us how we want the kosher meals if we want any utensils (glass) the food was pretty good over all everything comes double wrapped so hotel can warm up you can eat in dining room they set up place with glass and wooden utensils or In villa if you want most of the food was pretty good nice selection the chicken pizza was exceptionally good best part was that it was all free food 🤗and a lot of it a very generous selection
