I googled SIM cards a few weeks ago and they seem to be sold in every mall and the airport.  A quick search and you'll find the info.

I just did it with my wife and baby. Even went into the city in DXB for a few hours. Not a single problem. Actually, they were all playing with my baby.

Unacceptable. U book her a seat in EK F and tell me what she says after you paint her a picture of a shower at 40,000 feet.

We got ourselves bump from our dxb-jfk flight they gave us a free ticket and hotel to stay.  We slept there for nightand felt safe.

In DXB I had a problem with my ticket by check in. There were 4 people trying to sort it out. They all knew I was going to TLV. My identity wasn't a secret. They were nicer than any agent in TLV. When I got to AMM, I took off my hat and put on my yarmulke and no one said or looked at me twice. They see Jews all the time. AMM is a great stopover city to get to TLV.
