I get that but just to play devils advocat, camel and sheep/goat milk by example are more expensive then cow milk is (and they are not interested in using pig milk in UAE) so I am wondering on someone claiming 100% cow milk what the incentive would be to mix in more expensive milk to that?

+1 on sunset, but it's more expensive.
The slopes are pretty meh and get boring quickly, but it's a cool experience.  I'd recommend one of the desert tours over it. 

Honestly, 4 days in AD is overkill, unless you spend a day or two at Ferrari World and a day just relaxing.  DXB has much more to do and see, IMO.
