Use my backup pro.

+1 its free and great!

CMIIW, but pro isn't free. But that's the same device, not a new one.
They have a free version too. But not practical in most cases since it is limited to restoring to same device as backup plus Pro version gets You the option to Backup online too.

Search the play store for task killer. I don't remember the exact name of the one I used to use.

I downloaded one. Every time I kill the apps they just reopen a few seconds later. Even after I put them on the list to never open. Guess I'll try another

I think that will happen with any task killer. You can try to disable the apps.

Just got androided.

I have a 3 questions. I appreciate any answers.

1)  after downloading the apps I like, I begin getting constantly messages that my memory is low (probably because I downloaded too much apps).
Any solution?

2) how can I add Hebrew to swype?

3) I tried downloading Google Keep, but it says its not compatible with my device.
Any workaround?

Love me or hate me. I still love you.

1) Which phone? Low memory as in RAM or storage? I can't imagine that you could fill up the internal storage so quickly. If you did, you can move some apps to the sd card. If it's RAM, you have to find the culprit which is causing a memory leak, or set some apps not to run in the backround.
2) if you go into settings, there should be an option for input languages.
3) you could try sideloading it. Google "Google keep apk", copy the apk file to the sd card and open it.

What phone / Android version?
1) temporary solution - move any apps you can to SD card (it actually moves only parts of the apps) go to manage applications or the like and try to move any apps that let you move it.
Permanent solution - root phone and install the real app2sd. I can elaborate on this if you want.
2) I don't have swype but I imagine you can go to swype settings and find the language settings.
3) possibly. Again you would need root and basically edit the build. prop file to trick the phone into thinking it's a different phone that is compatible, but that is still not guaranteed that it will actually work on your phone.

Sideloading will (usually) not work if the app is not compatible with the Android version running on the phone. For that you will need to edit the build.prop file
ETA: you need to allow the phone to install non-market apps in order to sideload. Should be a option in application settings.

Lots if not most phones with built-in swype will not allow you to download another language. Official app is the way to go especially since you will get the app updates and bug fixes.
Personally I use SwiftKey which has a swype like option called flow.

I'm pretty sure the low memory notification only goes on when internal storage is low. It's a real PITA since the phone won't sync till the notification is cleared.
You can also try deleting the app caches which are saved in internal memory.
