So far what I loved about the GO SMS was that you can scroll down within a popup for messages from the same contact and toggle on popup between different contacts. All this while keeping said messages as "unread".

But it's sooo slooow...

I've since tried Textra, Hello, Chomp and Handcent and they're respective popup's are incomparable to GO. :(

Was anyone able to get Amazon Local Register to work with root? RootCloak just makes it force close.

Thank Gd for Foxfi.

Quote from: XDA
found a fix for getting all lock screen options back with foxfi.

log into google device manager: google.com/android/devicemanager

click on the lock button for your device.

enter a new pass and save.

now go to your phone and use the new pass to unlock the phone.

you should now be able to go to your lock screen settings and pick whichever lock option you need.
Save your time, I don't answer PM. Post it in the forum and a dedicated DDF'er will get back to you as soon as possible.

The VPN messed the lock screen, not foxfi

Is there just the one way to see the 30 day calendar on the new calendar app? No way to see it bigger taking up the whole screen?

Just saw foxfi mentioned above and now using it with Sprint. Couldn't get wifi to work, however USB worked. Incredible and don't know how i never saw it before.

On a separate note, anyone know how i can change my lock screen to a pattern while the phone is connected to Microsoft Exchange server.
Exchange server forces you to use a pin or password...

After spending several hours debugging the logcats, I got it to work. :)
Enable RootCloak, and remove the su keyword. Once the app is running, you can add it again. For some reason, the way that RootCloak hooks the su check makes the app FC.

Anyone know of an app that will sync an outlook calender to my phone. Its not on my account. IE if a receptionist sets up a meeting it goes into the public folder at the office. However, i'm on the road, so I'm not on the network to be able  to view the public file. Anyone know if theres a program for this? TIA

The new Messenger app looks great. Interesting idea giving each contact their own color.
