trying to download google+ from market but doesnt go as alot of apps that won't download to an israel ip
is there a way to get the .apk or another way around ?

Personally, when I have an app on my phone and want to share it with my Kindle Fire (or with some DDF guy in Israel) I open my Airdroid App, login on my computer, find the app and download it to my computer (it downloads the APK. Then I can email the APK to anyone.
