2. How to add multiple keyboard languages ?
dont think there's a way with swype, you need to download anysoft keyboard and the language pack

Or SwiftKey.
Or MultiLing keyboard, which even has a special keyboard for Yiddish (aside for Hebrew)!!
The idea is, ya gotta install keyboards and plugins for each language that you want.

(yesh omrim that using the ICS keyboard, it creates the feel of an iPhone keyboard, FWIW)

Waiting to hear if your fingers will ever start hurting from using Swype ;)

Welcome!  Enjoy!

sure there is.
Go to Swype setting, language options, download language.
I have Hebrew as secondary.
You can switch between them by pressing down the space button

Shush is an app I use almost daily. When you silence your phone a pop up appears asking how long you want it silenced for. Say you choose 15 minutes - 15 minutes later the volume turns back on without you doing anything. As someone who never remembers to turn the volume back on when coming out of shul, a movie, et al, its proven useful a million times. Works seamlessly with your phone's volume buttons; you don't need to open an app or anything. I highly recommend.

Is there an app that lets me set certain times of day when I want the phone to go silent? I always forget to silence before davening.  :(

Wow, thanks for the responses.

It seems like mitoch sheloy lishmoh, bo lishmoh...

Came to android because of fingerpain, but I seem to like it. This swype took me (on basic level) 2 mins to get used to.

For me a bit scary with all the warnings to install swype, as I didn't see it in the 'shop' to download...

I guess you never asked jj or myself.
Btw, thanx jj for encouraging me to use it. It is quite addictive as you once put it :)
