Go to settings, applications and click on the app it should give you the  option to move to sd  though not all apps can be moved to the sd card

Not that I know of. However, there's an app named AppMgr III, that will make moving all your apps much easier.

A great app that I use frequently is SMS Scheduler. Let's you schedule texts to be sent out later on (Once or repeatedly).

You know when that guy who wants you to bug off tells you "remind me on Monday...". This is the best weapon against them.
