antiques

I hope this is the correct place to post this.

My parents are in the process of getting ready to knock down their house. It was built in the late 1800's (1880 I believe, give or take a few years).

I / they are looking for someone that would be interested in looking through the house to see if there is anything of value that's worth saving and selling.

I only paid 15% by switching to dansdeals

Are there any items in the house (aside from the house) which are that old?

Not that I am aware of.

Any furniture for sale?

I doubt it but I'll ask

Are there any items in the house (aside from the house) which are that old?

There's an old furnace, claw foot tub, I was told the moldings are old, fire escape, there's probably other stuff which I didn't notice or when everything is moved will be noticed then.

Best bet is to find a scrapper and sell anything metal ( iron, steel copper etc.) for scrap. I'm no professional but unless it is in pristine condition I doubt old furnishings have much value for resale.

If this House has old wood it might be worth money.
