Basically. Instead of getting in the mourning spirit by refraining for eating meat people use the legal loophole. Not quite in the spirit of what the rabbis had in mind, especially when fleishig restaurants have "scheduled siyumim" so people can eat out at meat places.

Is refraining from meat the whole year in order to be in the mourning spirit the whole year?!

Refraining from meat all the time ≠ mourning according to the rabbis, so no. Does eating dairy all the time make every day Shavuos?

No idea. But the menu looks very much NY restaurant style. Very my speed if it tastes as good as it sounds.

Mul Hayam better IMHO but menu is smaller

Anyone know where I can get a sim for iPhone with good data in the Kowloon area? only needed for a few days

Also seems like there isn't that much to do. Can anyone tell me the top 3 things to get to? (With 2 Kids)

Ladies market, light show, boat ride...missing anything? is glass bottom car a bit much for little kids? any other day activities?

Are you in Kowloon now? I was able to get one in the 7-11 in the airport (behind the counter so just ask). I assume other 7-11s have also
