yes I'm here now. 7-11 had sims that have data and all I need to do is pop it in? How do I activate it?

If I fly into Hkg on Thai, and will arrive about 9:00 am, and then leave Hkg on EY in the evening. Is there anyway to leave the airport without having to shlep our suitcases around ?

I guess it really depends what you are checking and cabin you are flying.

Don't some airlines not allow you to check in bags more than 6 or so hours before the flight? You can check in online, sure, but I thought bags were different. I didn't understand that from the original question.
