Don't forget to report back when they answer you.
Check in is only 3 hours before the flight, but HKG has storage areas for luggage, and it only costs $1.50 an hour.

That's not unreasonable. LHR is a lot more than that. Is that HKD or USD btw?

If i'm going to HK with wife and 4 month old baby (and cant run around as quickly) is 2 full days enough to do the main attractions?
was thinking doing HK 2 days - Chiang Mai 2 days and Singapore Friday and shabbos.  is that too much running around? Should i rather do 3 days HK and 3 days Chiang Mai or Singapore?

If you are going for a week, I would stick to 2 places. About 2 days in Hkg and 4 in Chiang Mai.

Two days in HKG is fine, but I would skip SIN and spend more time in CNX.

What's the minimum amount of time needed for a day connection to see some stuff in HKG? CX has a flights with about 6 hour stop. Is that anywhere enough time? Otherwise I would take a shorter connection.

FWIU it takes about 45-60 minutes to get to the city on the airport express, so you should have time to see a little.

And a lot less time with a cab.

True, which may be worth it if you want to see stuff.

You can see some things, but not all of it. Figure out exactly which few things you want and plan around that.

True, which may be worth it if you want to see stuff.

And worth it if you don't like public transportation and wasting time.

Obviously, or if you value time over money.

Looks like from Chabad's site they offer it though. How much was it?
