Airline Checkin Counters: Kowloon Station (below the W Hotel) to check your bags in. You then take the MRT straight to the airport (with just a couple of stops). It's super convenient and quick. You don't have to stay at the W to check in at Kowloon station though (and FWIW you can check in at Hong Kong station on HKI, too).

Because the food and atmosphere in KZ is much better than Chabad by a long shot.

KZ wasn't crowded at all when I was there in the summer.

Get some in now and more later on. I got to see some stuff my first trip through and this past time was able to build on that.

After those flights you may want to stretch a little.

I stayed in the HR TST and they pushed my stroller without a problem, I spoke to the manager and I obviously wasn't the first person to make that request. I'm assuming the Sheraton should be the same.
