How does it work with lighting shabbos candles? Are the candles provided at shul or do you need to light at the hotel? If you light at the hotel, is the Sheraton accommodating?

Kehilat Zion told me that they charge $150 per person for shabbos.
Is that just for the two shabbos meals? Is the food that good that it is worth $150 per person?
Thanks

Yes. Thats what they charge.
The food is good. I've went there before while on business trips, but personally when I'm by myself I will just pass on it.

I assume you mean you'd pass in subsequent visits but would go even solo for the first time (just asking to clarify, I'm going this week either way)?

It seems like he means the meals are worth the money when the biz is picking up the tab but not when he's on his own. :)

Depends which 9 hours. If it's not overnight, go to Victoira Peak, JCC restaurant/s and a ferry ride. The airport express has free returns if returning the same day.

So go to the ladies market or night market. You can alternatively go to Lantau island near the airport.
