Is the Temple Street Night Market worthwhile?
All the markets over there are mostly the same, so it's enough to go to one market or two

Are the sellers really aggressive, like in some other countries, or they'll let

None of the sellers were aggressive at the Woman's Market.

So what would you suggest for a few nice things to do during the evening time?

Kids?  No kids?  Drinking? No drinking?

I've been to HK a lot, and I like to eat and drink.  I can't give you Kosher recommendations if that's important to you.

On the Island-

LKF and Soho have lots of nice restaurants and bars.  Late at night LKF becomes a drunk-fest though.

Ship Street in Wanchai has a bunch of Michelin star restaurants,  or restaurants opened by Michelin star chefs.  Right up the hill from Ship St is the Sun/Moon/Star streets with lots of restaurants and lounges.  Also in Wanchai is Wooloomooloo Steakhouse with a rooftop bar...on a clear evening it offers panoramic view from Happy Valley to Victoria Harbor.   Also in Wanchai is Under The Bridge Spicy Crab - typhoon shelter style crab fried with garlic and chilies.

Speaking of Happy Valley,  on Wed. nights the horses run.

Kowloon-

TST has many nice restaurants, hotels and bars -  some with amazing views of the harbor.  TST is also where many of the good tailors are located.

Jordan has the market and a great Turkish kebab place I always eat at once if I'm stuck at the Novotel in Jordan.

Mong Kok is an absolute zoo at night and is worth roaming around just to soak in the experience.  Check out sneaker street where the entire street is shoe stores.

There's also an outlying island with a night market thats fun.  And some beaches.  I've been there with locals before and probably wouldn't recommend doing it by yourself (logistics not safety,  HK is safe) and Jan/Feb/Mar aren't really warm nights for the beach and such.

The one next to KZ or Chabad.
they have a lot of floors so it is really hard for Shabbos observance. The Sheraton is near and is shabbos friendly

A few questions:
1) Should I bring a long HK Dollars? Change in the airport? does everyone accept CC?
2) For shabat meal at both KZ & Chabad (Kowloon) do I need to order in advance? Phone? email? is Friday good enough? or need more notice?

you can get HKD at the airport. But most accept CC.
2- I don't know about Chabad but KZ you must prepay and you can let them know Friday.

1. No need, cc accepted at most places and ATMs all over.
2. KZ needs a reservation when it's crowded (convention or summer), not sure about Chabad.

Hi Guys
Im trying to book a trip to hong kong and beijing in march. I have 399k jetprivilige points i would like to use for my return trip to ny. As of now i am waitlisted on a cathay flight in first from HKG and a United flight from BJS in business. Anyone know how long it typically takes for any of these airlines to open to partner airlines or any other suggested flights in business or first class only
Thanx

You need a Chinese visa. If you have one already, great. Not worth going though if you plan on getting one just for that.
