What are the current Shabbos meal options in Hong Kong (which shuls, price...)?

I've got HH points and SPG/Marriott points. As a tourist, which hotel do you recommend for shabbos? And for weekday? Important: we have a 6-month old baby and would need to arrange some way to get him to/from wherever we eat shabbos meals. (There's no eiruv, is there?) Is this still feasible, or should we not do this trip right now? TIA.

In Kawloon you can stay by the Shengri La or the Hyatt Regency TST and arrange with the hotel staff and the Rabbi of KZ (they did it it for me) to bring the baby back and forth. Shengri La is next door to KZ

Where would you recommend to eat Friday night /Shabbos at Chabad or Kehilat Zion?
We are staying at  the IC stamford so both locations are in walking distance.
Thanks

Spending one night in Hong Kong. Where do I stay? Hong Kong Island or Kowloon?
Next morning have to be in airport by 8:00 if that make a difference.
I have a full day prior to try and experience both Kowloon and Hong Kong.

Stay in Kowloon.
Mind sharing why?
Seems kosher food is on HKI.
How difficult is it to get from Kowloon to HKI?

Better views, you're closer to many attractions, there's better shabbos accommodations, there is a restaurant, and it's more happening on the weekends especially. It's easy and cheap to get between Kowloon and HKI.

I'm arriving Monday morning and departing Tuesday morning. No Shabbos accommodations needed.
Where are the night/ladies markets?
Where is the more going on at night?

One of the most hyped up, overrated things I've ever been to in my life, the best part of the buffet was the french fries and they aren't even actually part of the buffet.

Is it worth it fly out Mon morn instead of Sun night so that I could make the buffet?

There is nothing at all exciting about the buffet. It's a decent meal if you're in town, that's all.

I enjoyed the buffet a lot. Though I did sacrifice too much for it based on the hype. Oh well.

Its just a short flight to ICN so it doesn't make such a big difference but I guess I wont spend another night in Hong Kong just for the buffet
