Its just a short flight to ICN so it doesn't make such a big difference but I guess I wont spend another night in Hong Kong just for the buffet
I'd do the buffet and then head to Macau for the night.

Dairy, 7 Zero, Meat, Mul Hayam.
Keep in mind 7 Zero is on HKI and Mul Hayam is in Kalwoon. If you need breakfast Mul Hayam is a great option as well

Mul Hayam is an option for breakfast, but IME it's overpriced and not good.

For now this is the plan. Makes sense?

Arrival 6:00 am
Take airport express to Kowloon
Try and make 7:15 Shachris
Daven eat breakfast at Mul Hayam
Leave luggage at hotel in Kowloon
Head to HKI (ferry)
Victoria Peak, cable car, downtown
Lunch at seven zero
Return to Kowloon
Ave of Stars, various hotel lobbies
Mincha/marriv
Dinner at Mul Hayam
Light show
Ladies/night markets
Hotel

What am I missing?

Consideration that it may be raining or otherwise bad weather, inhibiting your peak visit and general ability to get around easily. Rain isn't fun.

Check online whether Ave of Stars is still open as they were closed for construction.

You think he has time to go all the way there in that short of a time? Sure it's doable, but at the expense of HKI or the night markets. I'd go over the night markets, I just don't know if they're open at night and how nice the cable car ride will be if you can't see anything.

That too, but it would probably take enough to cover both.

One of the most hyped up, overrated things I've ever been to in my life, the best part of the buffet was the french fries and they aren't even actually part of the buffet.
Completely agree. Was thoroughly underwhelmed. Although when speaking with someone who was there a few months prior to me, he mentioned that they had lamb chops which we didnt have. That might have moved the needle a bit

They had short ribs when I was there which should have made it worth it but they were dry, overcooked and not very good.
