Someone I know gets dandruff at this time of year, Head and shoulders or the T-gel dont seem to work.
What do you recommend?

I think its weather related cuz it happens to the person in fall/spring. Water temperature is consistent year round.

I guess effectiveness of shampoo depends on the person, but I would go with Selsun Blue.
Some also have success with rotating.

I found Head n' Shoulders Selenium Sulfide (the dark blue bottle) worked better for me when nothing else did.
