It's for a friend of mine (who I just happened to pass when she was pulled over)
Somewhere around exit 105 on GSP south. Her main ticket was 111mph in a 65 (Double Fine Zone)

I don't think she can afford expensive - I guess just to knock of the points and keep it from being a felony or something.

I had something similar, I used James fenessey, tell him mrs shain sent you, he'll give you a discount 908-433-5299

have used james fenessey in the past his mayla is hes a retired nj state trooper but other then that leib klein is good zev brown is good too as well and meshalunu

Arrest I believe is up to the officer, not mandatory...
