Did anyone else have this experience?

I have 6 active ones so no.
Along with the shutdowns, sounds like this might be the beginning of the end for MVD.

I also have 8 already, now iI used my wifes name and they declined the second, saying:
We were not able to electronically identify you. Please call 1-855-686-9513 to complete your enrollment.

Is it second in your life or second active? Worth calling them and making sure rest were properly closed

OK after a 25 minutes conversation, they were able to verify me (very tough), you must answer 3 very hard questions (they did, after I begged for a second round of questions)!

in what city is ... Street? 4 options and a NOTA

mostly hard ones, be careful when you answer sit in front of Google, you must know ALL answers

Took out cash advance on my 2 MVD for $500 each. Will i be charged a fee for that?

They apply a negative balance to your account. I don't know what happens after that but it probably isn't a great idea to leave it there. I transferred from another MVD and CA'd an exact amount to factor in the 50 cent charge and end with a zero balance.

I wasn't so happy that I had to enter my SS# to activate it. Can I call them up to close it down?

Why u verifying. Just AP before the real cards get to u. Thas what i did last time. And why is no one shutting down the old cards?

They won’t let you shut it down if there is a negative balance, so I now have 7 temp (and 7 permanent cards) all with a negative balance.

They charge a .50 cent CA fee. So if you clear out a $500 card, you end up with a negative balance.

I have no issue paying the 50¢ fee, but will they let me shut it down if 0 bal?

Just checked my acct, shows no fee for the cash advance
