EL AL denied passanger

when flying EL AL before yom tov, what would be there compensation for voluntary giving up your seat? any recent experience?

USA-TLV-USA

When they rebook you, do you have a choice of dates? (immediate or a few weeks later?)

they call it denied, but it is voluntary. want to know if I should offer my seat, and what to expect in return, especially when its Erev YT.

I know each airline has its own schedule, and international during prime time may be a consideration as well.
