If they take over the USair flights from PHL then its no big surprise...
But why JFK? Is the market from there that strong to handle more supply?And why n/t from the west coast?
JFK in addition would be a pleasant surprise. Expect the El Al partnership to go bye-bye though in that case.
TLV is a strong and growing market from JFK. I hope AA does introduce flights from New York. You will have a 4th carrier offering direct flights which increases the competition and should lower prices. Besides they have a business and first class that definetly beats El Al, Delta, and rivals United.
DL business is nicer than UA, so you got something wrong there.
like Dan said if you are flying with your wife or significant other you are closed off from each other.
