Open till 10:30pm seven days a week.
Address: SuperValu Braemor Road, Churchtown, Dublin 14

Bread Irish Pride Bread is Kosher (Re Pas Yisroel The Oven is officially turned off twice a year around Christmas Day and middle of the year around June 30 - Both times it is turned back on by the Rabbi. Some rely on this some don't, mainly because in this case there is no system for alerting the Rabbi in case the factory experiences an issue. Not restaurant/caterer. There's a grocery store (chain store) near the Shul which has a small kosher section with packaged delis etc.
There's a baker with a few kosher items but nothing to write home about

Considering an itinerary that would land me in Dublin at 9:20pm, leaving about 9 hours later at 6am.

At that time of night, is it worth it to leave the airport and see a bit of the city? If so, what would I do?

I imagine I'd grab a bite somewhere, maybe walk around and try a pub or something.  But is it safe to walk around at midnight or so for a tourist? And would the shlep back and forth to the airport be worth it?

*EDIT: I should note I'd be flying BC and using GE.

We had 1 and wished we had a drop more time.

Don't know about night activities, lind, but the drive is not incredibly far from the airport, and I'm sure pubs will still be open.

Sure, that's 3 days in Ireland. Not enough to see every single thing, but still a nice trip.

In 1.5 days, we did Jameson Factory in Dublin and Titanic Museum in Belfast. Would have liked more time in Dublin, and would have liked to check out other areas in the country. Not sure you can do the whole country in 3 days, though, so pick what you're interested in.

The Jewish Community's website (http://www.jewishireland.org/visiting-ireland/food/) lists the Bretzel Bakery as having some kosher items.  Someone upthread (@yehuda?) said the bakery wasn't much to write home about. I recognize that the cafe there is not kosher; I'm only referring to the list of items (apparently available in store) identified as kosher.

Any more details about it? Does the Dublin Community generally accept the kashrut of those items?  Traveling with my three teens, and even though we only have one-half day in DUB, everyone will be much happier if I can get them food other than our packed provisions of Clif Bars, tuna or beef jerky.  ;)

I went there. They have some breads and cakes, it was perfectly edible but in no way an experience to write about

I can't vouch for the kashrus beyond the website.
