Continental Ticket Refund

Continental allows free cancel within 24hrs I cancelled a paid ticket and a mileage ticket and am still waiting!! Its been two weeks do U have to call??

 usually not but as with all Carriers it takes time especially when its $$ they have to give back, expect 1 to 2 statement periods before you see the $$ back. the pts usually take alot faster to get back into the acct
