take over a car lease

I have a Honda Touring that I'm looking for somebody to take over the lease for 20 Months @ 525 its a Honda tourong with navigation and video.n any suggestions would greatly help

If your lease is with Honda Financial Corp you wont be able to use Swapalease or other similar sites.

I've dont a small amount of research and dont belive its possible. There are ways that Honda will let you give it to your family member etc. but its rare (IMHO). Please correct me if anyone knows differently
