Was at the Waldorf last week and it was truly an amazing experience. Probably the best service I've ever had at a hotel. The staff is very knowledgeable and helpful with respect to kosher. I got upgraded to the Dos Mares suite which was an incredible room. The proximity to chabad also makes the hotel a great choice. Even though it's a 5 hour flight from NYC, I wouldn't hesitate to use FNC again at this hotel.

Yeah, food was fine. Nothing spectacular but it tasted good. The dairy restaurant was a letdown for me though.
