ah. let me mess with dates

ETA - checks out, although base rooms are very unavailable, and dollars wise within $20 of the next level up. scammy
Common practice. PHNY split up the base category to King Bed & King Bed With City View even though they all have the same view

How is the Waldorf with upgrading diamonds on award stays?

Also did anyone try to get them to get you kosher breakfast?

If you had a room with a private pool, is the pool truly private

In my experience Diamond got me ocean view when I booked the base room.

They won't provide kosher breakfast. Some dry breakfast products are kosher.

All rooms have a plunge pool, is on the balcony. Is not tile a private villa, it's closed from the sides and open from the front.

Baja kosher (chabad restaurant) is currently closed with no opening date. You can try reaching out to Reb Benny +52 624 133 0489 if you want kosher food.

I was there in November.

They will generally upgrade you as they are not booking all their rooms due to covid.

They made us kosher breakfast.

Every room has a plunge pool on the balcany and it is private.

Anyone have experience shopping at local Stores in Los Cabos for Kosher Products

I found this from Chabad

There are a bunch of stores here that sell some kosher food.
For example,

Walmart, La Comer, Soriana, Chedraui have smoked salmon, fruits, veggies, pastas, eggs, sugars rice, cereal, ketchup, mustard, Dolores brand tuna (not bishul yisrael), etc.

Corn tortillas fresh are usually kosher and they’re shehakol.
Yogurts, milk, and spreads can be found here but they are cholov akum.

this was my experience as well.
can get all the basics from Costco and Walmart including cheese and salmon from Costco.

but meat and CY milk and you would want to bring with you. (technically can get meat meals from Chabad but i wouldn't want fresh milk from a farm)

FYI Chabad used to have a very good restaurant but closed down due to covid. Maybe if more people are going to go there he will open it up again.

Let me know if you can ask Reb Benny about it and if he's planning to open again.

Cabo is much nicer then cancun in culture and weather.
