It's either a computer glitch or united needs to get a plane back to EWR. I have never seen such availabity A night before the flight

its because a cancelled flight.

Seat maps may be worthless but when you see a flight which 95 percent seats are open it means something.

AFAIK United is replacing the flight from @ night that has bin cancelled, with this flight, but they are not automatically putting ppl from the cancelled flight on to this one, when ppl from isreal will wake up this morning and see that their flight was cancelled they will probably rebook to the 4:00 flight, ant thats why United is not opening the flight.

Sorry tried my best.... in NY the flight was also cancelled, i believe it haves to do something with the cancelled flights.

whenever they added a flight suddenly, as it was last week, they didnt open up saver award even if it was showing availibilaty, close to the flight.

BTW from TLV-EWR there is MUCH harder to find availibilaty then from EWR-TLV either on United or even with stop overs, any idea why this is?
