BTW from TLV-EWR there is MUCH harder to find availibilaty then from EWR-TLV either on United or even with stop overs, any idea why this is?

If i transfer my UR points into someone else's United 1K account (avoid last minute fee's) and i book my tickets through that account is this considered sold miles and can cause his account to get closed?

It's not "sold," but if UA shuts down the account and you say you only did it to avoid the close-in fee, I'm not sure they'd view it any more favorably.

You cannot sell your miles.

Airlines view multiple bookings with different names from one account suspiciously.

You do the math.
