Any solution to this? (besides transferring 58K UR into her account)
Do you have Chase UR points?

I think that you're best bet would be to transfer 58k from UR. Maybe the more experienced people here have better ideas.

Will UA allow me to book me and my wife with miles from both of our accounts?

i.e. total cost for both of us is 160K, I have 58K she has 102K
Each one way cost 80K  Or each round trip?
a) each one way:  her account buys one for 80K.  transfer 22K UR into yours and make the 2nd ticket.
b) each one way is 40K.  Transfer 18K UR into her account.  Make 2 to go and 1 to come home.  Make the other return with your account.

It's one way 80K each but the UA segment only has Economy,  so gonna setup a plan B.  Wouldn't it be better if they  are both on the same itinerary?

Easier, but not essential. and costlier.  They may be able to connect the reservations afterward.  (they may not be able because of different FF accounts.  IDK)

Why do you want to do it. It's not going to help you for plan B

Won't it be easier to deal with one Booking rather than two

you mean the hassle of setting it up? Probably..

On the other hand, If there will be only one seat available you will be skipped

Right, but if it's separate and only one of us gets in business, We would both stay in economy, i doubt it would be that ease to get refunded for the diff

Do you if possible to combine at all? once we are confirmed in business for example

No. XN inventory is the only supplemental there is. It's either you see it or you don't.
