And do I have to search one leg at a time and then cal up United or can I do it on the site myself?
You can do it. But not official stopover.

So I click on multiple destinations and put in in that order, and it should work? I tried but it came up as error.

Not sure why it has to be edited/deleted. Its all on the blogs. Why shouldn't DDFrs utilize it as well?
No blog spelled it all out.

Neither of those actually spell out the right way of doing it IIRC.

Either way, MMS had agreed to embargo it after the DDS. Oh well.

Of course they do. But see here http://www.milevalue.com/dont-pay-the-75-close-in-fee-on-united-trick/ MMS posted it after he did. So no Taynes on MMS.

Don't know what you're reading but that's a crazy way of avoiding the fee.

Is there a way to book a mixed class RT (Y one way, J the way back) and not pay J fare for the whole trip?
