Posted last week but didn't get an answer so thought I'd make the question clearer:

a) Is the one stopover allowed to also be an OJ? I.e. TLV-EWR (stop) YYZ-TLV?

b) It seems like the last few weeks I've been checking, there is more availability (particularly Y, but also J) between YYZ-TLV than EWR-TLV. Is this generally true?

From now through December 2015 - (2 months ago it was only for flights through March, and 2 weeks ago it was back to the normal prices)

USA-Europe/Europe-USA on partners (in J) are pricing out at 57.5k again.

TLV-Europe/Europe-TLV (in J) is 35k again.

USA-Central Asia/Central Asia-USA (in J) is 70k again.
Does it say how long it will last or it just comes and goes?

Why is it so difficult to find availability on LOT, do they tend to release seats at a certain time before the flight.

Did you try checking via AC's Aeroplan?

Better. Not much... OS and even LH are good as well.

Trying to book NYC-VIE, but for some reason the discounted partner awards only show for more than a week out. Everything within the next week seems to be 70k. Any suggestions?
