To upgrade an international coach ticket to business saver, will they only take the miles difference or also a change fee?

I'm sure this question was asked before but it a big thread... So sorry if it's a repost.
I'm trying to book a round trip mileage ticket on united.com. Is there a way to add the 1 free stopover online or I have to call up?
TIA

I remember when a coke was a nickel, and you could buy VRs in OD.

What does United First/Business on a 737-700 IAD-LAX have to offer? Anything worth booking double points?

Personally, I would rather take an exit seat in economy over that First Class...

Are you sure it's not quoting just the first leg of the trip? Or is this the total after both flights are selected?

85k = standard award. 42k = saver award.

You can only use united miles thru united even if it's on another partner airline.

You can only book using an airlines miles on their own website.

Be early at the airport.

Depending on how far out the flight is, I've had success with seats opening up, so keep checking back.

And if that fails:
Be early at the airport.
