If you book something online and call to change it within 24 hours they won't charge you.
Already booked over the phone yesterday. Trying to decide if it's worth canceling reservation & rebooking it online to save booking fee or it's possible to have them waive it. I don't really wanna take the chance of losing. Reservation as it was the last 2 saver award seats on the flight

Is that risk really worth $25 to you?

Want to use SQ for the tickets and don't happen to have UA on hand right now.

Looks promising, but I've seen instances where that doesn't open.

If you booked the last two available award seats, I definitely would not cancel them to save $50.

Thanx. I was just wondering what the odds are of someone grabbing up the seats in the 3 min I need to rebook them

That's not the issue. The issue is whether they even go back into award inventory.

DROPR, maybe do it on the phone with a guarantee that they will return into inventory this way if they don't the rep can force them back...

Singapore will cost you only $20 to change and $30 to cancel.
