"You will open up 2 saver award seats for me to change my connection from 5 hours to 1 hour"
"I will do what?"

Retry Jedi mind trick with more force.

"You will open up 2 saver award seats for me to change my connection from 5 hours to 1 hour"
"I have opened 2 seats for you on the flight you requested, thanks for calling"

Seriosly? Since when is that a requirement?

It always used to bring up non stop flights first if there were any.

Old news... Isn't that the reason you booked this, or do you actually plan on flying to NRT?
