Does anyone have a way of making this routing work or at least tell me what the problem is?

I am having trouble getting the close-in fee removed online. It is not zeroing out the reservation but instead looks to be trying to charge me a 2nd time for the whole award ticket. Any one else experiencing difficulties recently with this? If so, please let me know if you found a method to get it to work again.

TY

I also had issues with the website last week, I called in to make the flight change.

Is this new?
A few months already.
What about Beijing/Shanghai?
It doesn't say anything about China so I don't see why it should not work. Unless they changed things since a few months ago, when I got this screenshot.

So, worth to route through MUC instead?

Could you remind us what your choice is?
Is the issue that you can fly a desirable routing but be separated from your wife (one in F and one in J) versus sit together in F but on a less desirable (longer time) routing through MUC?

If all your missing is FCT then for sure route thru MUC. The porsche is not worth being separated and 10 hours in J over F.

Just confirming what AJK stated in this thread in 2014 is still the case.  I cannot combine two international OW awards into a RT award and then change to add a free stopover domestic, correct?

There's no such thing as combining 2 awards that were booked separately.
Save your time, I don't answer PM. Post it in the forum and a dedicated DDF'er will get back to you as soon as possible.

Posting from the FCT:
After experiencing it first hand, I think your'e right but my wife didn't want to extend the travel time by 5 hours so she insisted we keep the original booking (1 F, 1 J) but said shed be happy to "suffer" in J.

I had a DO earlier in the FCL B lounge with Elya and have to agree with him that there is no real difference between the FCL and FCT. Since I landed at a remote location I already got a ride in a Porsche  and it was really funny to see everyone starring at the yeshivish couple nonchalantly stepping into a Porsche while they crammed into the bus.
All in all I can say, you gotta love this game we play that allows a Kollel couple to travel like the 1 percent do!!!

Just looking for a little advice what my best option is. My wife and I each have a $593 credit  with United from a trip we didn't end up taking . According to what they said on the phone I have until May 29th to book another flight with a $200 penalty. It was a non refundable ticket. Is there way around that to get the refund? is there a way to get a voucher or to sell it to a third party? Anybody know what options I have besides booking another ticket with a penalty or just letting it expire?

On my flight from KRK to FRA last week J was full of the 1% of Klal Yisrael they took the bus while my DW and I took the Mercedes.  ::)

Did you get KSML in FCL? FCT?
